Shipping and Returns
All in-stock items are available for local pickup and delivery from our showroom.
If you are not local to New Orleans and would like a quote for shipping larger merchandise, please call 504-866-6654 or email email@example.com for a quote.
Store credits and exchanges can be issued per unused merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the date of sale and in same condition it left Eclectic Home for credit/exchange to be issued.
Receipt of purchase is required upon return.
Store credits or exchanges are not provided after 7 days, or if merchandise shows signs of use, damage or missing parts not due to seller errors.
Credits and returns are not issued towards special orders, gift cards, wallpaper, or original art
Marked down or discounted merchandise are final sale and do not qualify for store credits or returns.
Please note that return shipping charges are the purchaser’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, please contact us prior to sending the item back so we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite the correct item or credit.
If you received an item that is damaged or defective please call 504-866-6654 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
Damaged items will require photos of the item and original shipping box.
In store pickup policy
If you choose in store pickup as your shipping option, you will be notified as soon as item is ready for pickup. All items are final sale after 7 days from purchase and non-returnable or refundable.
